Final Review: Sigma Spa Brush Cleansing Glove

It is finally here: my review of the Sigma Spa Brush Glove. When I first heard that this product was out on the market, I couldn't grasp the concept mentally. Trust me, we've all been there: dirty brushes and hating the fact that you have to wash them. We grin and bear it because it it something that has to be done. Washing your brushes is important for the longevity of your brushes as well as making sure that we keep any germs and bacteria a bay. But II thought, there is nothing out there that would help you wash makeup brushes let alone save you time.

Sigma you have surprised me yet at!

The brush is dual sided: side designed to clean solely face brushes and another side designed to clean only eye brushes.
 - two wash textures designed to wash both eye and face brushes. Due to the texture, this does save you a bit a time because it easily transfer product/color out of the brush bristles making it easier to deep clean the brush.
 - two rinse textures designed to rinse both eye and face brushes . This part of the brush glove makes cleaning brushes much easier than the traditional way of washing makeup brushes. If you are a bit OCD like myself, you may rinse your brushes longer to ensure that all of the brush cleanser is completely out of the brush.
 - one refine texture (located on both sides of the glove). The refine texture allows to you to check to make sure that all of the product/cleanser is out of  your brush. You can also use the refine section for added cleaning by adding cleanser to the refine section to clean your brushes. This is not the method in which I use the brush to clean the brush but it is an option as well.
 - one reshape texture (located between the thumb and index finger to be used for both sides of the brush). This allows you to reshape bristles as well as remove excess water from your brush which I will say allows your brushes to dry faster.

Now the main question: DOES IT SAVE TIME?

The answer is a simple yes AND no... I know you're probably wondering why the double answer. To get a full background, make sure to watch my final review video. I will say that the system designed to wash your makeup brushes does make the time go by faster. It really depends on how you clean your brushes, are you a quick washer or a slow and steady washer. For me when I was learning to use the Sigma Spa Brush Cleaning Glove,  I was taking my time to really learn how to properly use it, so the first couple of washes it seems to take some time. As I started to get the hang of it it seem that the time would fly by. I do find myself taking more time with my face brushes in comparison to my eye brushes.

Overall this is an amazing product to have in your disposable regardless if you are a makeup artist or a makeup enthusiast like myself. Washing makeup brushes is a universal thing...WE ALL HAVE TO DO IT..why not make it fun and save some time in the process

Hope you all enjoyed my review. To see a demo on how to use the brush glove, simply watch my YouTube video! Thanks again!!!

Updated : Hair Products & Hair Tools

Hair Hair Hair! I get so many questions regarding my hair on a daily basis that I love making videos like this that lay all the information out for the use of your own choosing. Listed below are the current hair products as well as tools that I currently use. Remember with all hair care, the main objective should be about achieving healthy hair. Trust me, I've been there. My hair journey has been a long one but I have learned alot of things along the way.  I am neither a hairstylist nor a hair expert. All things I have learned about hair have been through trial and error. What may work for me, may not work for you. But keep in mind, Hair Care and beauty in general is all about learning.
